David Wampler - retired Eastman Chemical employee and currently a Jersey Mike’s franchisee with 6 locations in Bristol, Kingsport and Abingdon. David has been affiliated with Bancroft for 58 years. He was saved during summer camp when he was 12.  At age 15, he met Jeanie, his future wife, at Bancroft and they have now been happily married for 52 years.

Kenneth Hill - Vice President of the Board; General Manager of WHCB 91.5Fm; has been affiliated with BGM since 1958

Jim Workley - Secretary of the Board. Jim is the Senior Scientist (electronic engineer) for Dynamics Inc. He has been associated with Bancroft since 1953 when he met Mr. Perry at his mom's ladies missionary meeting when he was 5 years old. His family became involved with the ministry in various ways from that point on.

​

Mike Bobic - assistant professor of political science. Mike is currently teaching at Davis and Elkins College. He is Martin Perry's grandson, and has been involved with camp most of his life. He has been involved with the camp since 1970 as a camper, then junior counselor and counselor. He oversaw junior staffers in the early 1980s.

Landon Humphreys - has been a board member for 5-6 years. He is an EMT/Firefighter and has worked for Washington Co/Johnson City EMS for over 20 years.He has been affiliated with BGM since he was 8 years old. He got saved on the porch of Charity Cabin. Landon served as a Junior Staffer, Junior Counselor, and 4 years as a Senior Counselor. Now his kids attend Bancroft.

Brian Hensley - Treasurer of the Board. Brian is the Lead Pastor of 1Church in Kingsport, TN. He has been affiliated with BGM since April 2018.
